Welcome Guest,
This Email has been sent to all active clergy, Lay Ministers, Readers, Churchwardens, Deanery Lay Chairs, Deanery Synod Secretaries, Deanery Administrators, Parish Administrators, Parish Safeguarding Officers, PCC Secretaries, Retired Clergy, members of BCDT, Members of the Diocesan Synod, the Bishop’s Office, the Staff of the DBF, and the Directors and Staff of the DBE.
Our journey of listening, prayer and strategy across the diocese continues in earnest – all with the intention of designing a living document that will sustain our diocese for the next ten years ahead.
It is vital at this stage that we hear from each other while we hear from the spirit. We’re delighted to announce that a period of engagement across the diocese is about to begin – a full list of dates and times to get involved can be found in this newsletter.
It’s also been an insightful few months for the Lever Groups. They have provided us with plenty of findings from their conversations, including some key emerging themes that we’ll expand on during the engagement events.
We earnestly encourage you keep praying alone and together as we continue to make sense of what needs to happen for the future of God’s kingdom to be fully realised in Lincolnshire.
Signed,
The Strategy Working Group

Strategy Lever Groups discover emerging themes
The Lever Groups, which includes those looking at Resources, Discipleship, People, Places, Growth, have already been instrumental in identifying key themes that give a flavour of how the ten-year strategy may play out when it is finished next year.
We must stress that this is not finalised, and that the journey will continue to uncover further insights, particularly as we begin to engage with churches across the diocese.
