Hi Guest,

This is a Diocesan Environment Network update for Spring 2025. For best results click the ‘view online’ button.

As we approach Lent, a time of repentance, lament and reflection, I am mindful that things we experience as solid and trustworthy are currently feeling fragile and under threat. How are we building courage in facing this context? How is God encouraging us? How are we encouraging each other?

Below are links to various events and resources which you may find helpful personally, or useful with others in your churches and communities.

You may also be planning events locally which others would love to join in – please share them with me sarah.spencer@lincoln.anglican.org, it would be great to hear each other’s news!

I look forward to seeing you at some of them, re-weaving the threads of connection that make sturdier bonds of trust and relationship through which God’s Kingdom grows closer.

Canon Sarah Spencer

Mission & Discipleship Officer, College of St Hugh
