Toddler Ministry
With an incredible 80% of parents with under 5s attending a church activity, primarily a toddler group, the research proves this ministry matters!
We’ve gathered a list of networks, research and resources to support you as you work with preschoolers and their families.
Diocesan Network
Across the Diocese, we have 2 networks for leaders and volunteers in toddler ministry; one in Grimsby for Stow & Lindsey, and one in Lincoln for the south of the Diocese.

National Network – 1277 Days
A national network, “1277 days” is named after the number of days before a child starts nursery.
They hold an annual month of prayer in June, as well as offer a facebook page, allowing networking and support.
Talking Toddlers
A Community with online meetings every quarter with a 90-minute webinar. You can sign up to the network and catch up with their webinars on youtube.

Jump In!
From the Salvation Army, Jump in! are free, themed series of sessions look at Bible and issue based topics to use with preschool children.
They suggest stories, crafts, sensory play and prayers.
Little Seeds
Little Seeds uses ordinary, “secular” books to teach Christian truths. There are 45 Little Seeds resources, which include crafts, play activities and prayers. From Worcester Diocese.
