Assisting in Worship – by leading Intercessions and reading Scripture
A workshop day in Horncastle Deanery, St Mary’s Church, Horncastle, led by Canon Dr Hugh Jones, Warden of the College of St Hugh, on leading intercessions and reading scripture in church. Limited spaces so please book early.
A day for those who currently read the lesson or lead the intercessions and for those who would like to find out more.
A workshop day for Horncastle Deanery at St Mary’s Church, Horncastle, led by Canon Dr Hugh Jones, Warden of the College of St Hugh.
Whether you have years of experience, or are wondering whether to volunteer for the first time, this workshop day will give plenty of opportunity to explore how best to help God’s people to worship ‘in spirit and in truth’. The day is open to everyone in the Deanery, but places are limited to 25, so please book your slot in good time to avoid disappointment.
