‘What does Artificial Intelligence mean for Christians?’

On Saturday 4th October, in Lincoln Cathedral Chapter House, Professor Mark Harris delivered the 2025 Robert Grosseteste Lecture on the theme of AI.

The Lecture explored ethical questions and human identity.

This year the Cathedral’s annual Robert Grosseteste Lecture was delivered by Professor Mark Harris. Each year, this lecture selects a topic related to the intersection of science and religion. Professor Harris is Andreas Idreos Chair in Science and Religion at the University of Oxford and the Director of the Ian Ramsey Centre in Science and Religion.
